Luke Henningsen is the Managing Director of Henningsen Search, a focused practice advising Chairs, Boards and investors on CEO appointment and succession, Board and Committee appointments, and select CEO-1 mandates where enterprise outcomes and reputational risk are most concentrated.

Luke’s work spans healthcare, technology and services, with extensive experience partnering with venture-backed and private equity-backed businesses as well as complex, highly regulated organisations. He is engaged most often at inflection points - growth, transformation, governance reset, turnaround and succession, where alignment between Board, CEO and investor objectives must be engineered with discipline and discretion.

Luke is also Co-Founder of One Click Worker, building practical AI enabled tools that reduce friction in hiring and workforce execution, enabling organisations to move faster while preserving standards and control as well as helping candidates navigate and perform their best in the recruitment process.

Across more than two decades in executive search and talent leadership, Luke has co-founded, built and exited a high profile executive search firm (SHK Asia Pacific), led a major recruitment business across Australia and New Zealand as an Executive GM within an ASX-listed human capital group (Chandler Macleod Ltd), been CEO of a global Healthcare executive search firm (C-Suite Partners) and run internal recruitment within KPMG. He also founded and led the startup/scaleup specialist firm Scale & Swing, and previously led executive search within MitchelLake Group.
